Organization of the Zoran Djindjic Fundation
Founders
Since December 15, 2003, the Zoran Djindjic Foundation has been governed by its founders – Ružica Pavlović Djindjic and the closest associates and friends of the assassinated Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia.

Managing Board
The founders of the Foundation elected a new Managing Board on November 15, 2024. On December 23, 2024, the Board re-elected Ružica Pavlović Đinđić as the Foundation’s Managing Director.
Members of the Managing Board:
Prof. Dr Ivan Vujačić – President of the Board
Professor at the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade (retired). He served as Ambassador of FR Yugoslavia, Serbia and Montenegro, and Serbia to the United States from 2002 to 2009, and as a federal MP and head of the Democratic Party parliamentary group from 1992 to 1996.
Siniša Nikolić
Attorney. Former Chief of Staff to Zoran Djindjic during his time as President of the Democratic Party and Speaker of the Belgrade City Assembly (1997–2000), Special Advisor to the Prime Minister for Real Estate Development (2001–2003), and General Director of the Belgrade Land Development Agency (2000–2004).
Miloš Vlahović
Attorney specialized in human rights and international criminal law. Since 2019, he has served as legal counsel for defense and victims before the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague. He is also an alumnus of the Zoran Djindjic Foundation.

Katarina Đokvučić
Katarina Đokvučić has been working at the Dr Zoran Djindjic Foundation since August 2018 as project coordinator for the Regional School of Political Philosophy Dr Zoran Djindjic, Journey to Knowledge – Talent Support, and the Summer School on European Integration and Democratization. Katarina graduated from the Faculty of Geography at the University of Belgrade, Department of Geography. She speaks English

Saša Marković
Saša Marković has been affiliated with the Zoran Djindjic Foundation since 2008, with interruptions. He has been part of the Foundation’s team again since March 2023, where he leads various projects and contributes to developing program activities and partnership networks. From 2008 to 2011 and from 2014 to 2019, he served as Regional Coordinator of the Zoran Djindjic Internship Programme of German Business for the countries of the Western Balkans. After relocating from Germany to Serbia in 2006, he worked within German-Serbian development cooperation – first at the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, then at the Zoran Djindjic Foundation, and subsequently as an advisor at the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications of the Republic of Serbia. He holds a degree in International Economics from the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart and completed part of his studies at the San Francisco State University.
